Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions auto‑renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Use the app lawfully and do not misuse it or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
We may update, remove, or change features at any time.
The app is a personal productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Your notes and intentions are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data is synced via Apple’s CloudKit using your iCloud account.
With permission, the app can read your calendar to display an agenda and can create events you request.
The app schedules local notifications you configure (e.g., daily summaries, event reminders).

Apple: App Store billing, iCloud/CloudKit sync, notifications, and calendar access.
PostHog (analytics, optional): If you opt in, we collect anonymous usage events to improve the app. We do not send note or calendar content.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

We may update these Terms. We will post updates here and revise the effective date.
